Do you ever put on a shirt or pair of pants, and then end up changing into another outfit later in the day? Do you wash your first outfit or put it back in your closet? 
I keep this hamper next to my bed to catch all my clothes that are too clean to be laundered and too dirty to be returned to the closet.
When I come home from work, I like to change into casual clothes. These clothes used to end up of the floor or draped over a chair until the next day or whenever I decided to wear them again. This super simple solution provides a place for these after-work clothes as well as a place to keep my pajamas during the day.

Great tip! We do this and it really helps cut down on laundry. I heard someone refer to it as "clirty". "not CLean and not diRTY".
P.S. have you considered getting rid of your word verification on your comments? It's a pain. :-( I've heard that some people won't comment on blogs that require them.
